 I began my career as a junior accountant in public practice and had the opportunity to work with many well established designated accountants prior to moving into Industry Accounting.
I am a designated Accountant with the RPA Association and currently have a seat on the RPAA board of directors. I have over 10 years experience in accounting and income tax preparation. I have had the opportunity to work as a Chief Accountant with a manufacturing company, a Senior Corporate Accountant with a natural resource corporation, and a Financial Analyst and Trainer with a large Calgary Corporation. My experience has been vast within my field and I feel very privileged to have had the kind of mentoring and support that I have had in the past.
I relocated to Red Deer in 2007 to set roots in a smaller metropolitan area with my husband and children. The move offered me the chance to re-assess which area of my field I wanted to grow and develop in and I decided that my desire was to assist the many business minded and hard working people that live in the Red Deer area. I have discovered through the years that many Albertans feel they are not offered high quality business services at a reasonable price…my goal is to resolve this issue by offering professional, friendly and cost efficient income tax, accounting and training services to the area.
